Stephanie Bell is a founding partner of Ellinger and Associates, LLC.  Her practice focuses on election, regulatory, utility, tax and other governmental disputes.  She represents individuals, businesses, associations, committees, and political subdivisions in a wide array of state and local government matters.  She previously worked at Blitz, Bardgett, & Deutsch, LC, for almost a decade, achieving a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. In addition to her JD, Stephanie earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy at the Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs.
