John brings 40 years in public service and private practice to this project with a recent focus on infrastructure P3s; developing pioneering US P3 transactions, including the Chicago Skyway Toll Bridge concession and the $3.8 billion concession of the Indiana Toll Road. He advised the Puerto Rico Public Private Partnerships Authority on the long-term concession and lease of Luis Muñoz Marin Airport in San Juan and the City of Chicago on the proposed long-term concession and lease of Midway Airport. He has held numerous public service positions, including Associate Attorney General of the United States under President Bill Clinton and Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the City of Chicago.
