Barry Valentine

Barry is a former FAA Administrator (Acting) and Assistant Administrator for Policy, Planning, and International Affairs. He holds more than 40 years of aviation sector experience as senior federal regulator, airport director, and industry executive and is a former director of the Portland (ME) International Jetport. His notable experience includes negotiating Airline Use Agreements with Delta, United, USAir and other national and regional carriers as well as advising Singapore and Trinidad and Tobago civil aviation authorities on airport development, including P3 approaches. Barry earned his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
